Legal support and assistance at various stages of the asylum procedure
- Visa issues
- Advice on visa applications, including humanitarian visas
- In urgent cases, assistance in expediting the processing of the application for a humanitarian visa
- If necessary, communication with German embassies in Belarus and abroad
Emergency assistance and reimbursement of legal fees
- in the absence of support from social services, we provide one-time assistance in the form of a voucher for the purchase of everyday necessities
- In urgent situations (e.g. rejection of an asylum application), we help you find a lawyer and in certain cases we also cover a part of the costs
Help in everyday life
- Providing information about legalisation options and applying for asylum in Germany
- Answering questions on social and everyday topics (e.g. German courses, bank account, SIM cards or medical appointments)
The counselling is provided by professionals who have completed training in the field of migration law in accordance with Section 6 RDG Unpaid Legal Services under the direction of a lawyer.
